She spent long nights reading by the bedside lamp and countless school breaks devouring library books. These secret, precious moments shaped her imagination and instilled a love for stories that transport, inspire, and transform.
A lawyer specializing in women’s rights, she dedicated several years to organizations supporting women, leading discussion circles, advocating for rights, and accompanying journeys of resilience. Through this work, she discovered how profoundly sisterhood, listening, and community can transform lives.
As a French expatriate, Laura arrived in Scotland at the end of her studies after an impulsive journey that felt like destiny.
She fell in love with the mystical moors, the warmth of the Scottish people, the charming bookshops lining the streets, and the extraordinary legends of the land.
Captivated by vibrant landscapes and castles steeped in legend, she chose to settle in Scotland upon graduation. For seven years, she explored the wild moors, walked along mysterious lochs, and found refuge in cozy pubs. Scotland became more than a host country—it became a source of endless inspiration, where every horizon opened a new doorway to imagination.
A lifelong passionate reader, Laura sought the same sense of escape and wonder she found in books.
While Fantasy, Romance, and Romantasy ignited her desire for other worlds and the belief that stories can change one’s perspective, she longed for a deeper dimension: a living, human connection beyond screens and virtual book clubs, a space where stories resonate fully.
After experiencing a burning need for change, she reimagined how to live her passions.
